“The wicked flee when no one pursues, but the righteous are bold as a lion” (Proverbs 28:1, NKJV)
As a believer in Jesus Christ, you are called to live a bold, confident and overcoming life. You don’t have to live under a burden of fear. You don’t have to live with anxiety. Because of Jesus, fear, worry and uncertainty are beneath you. When you rise up in faith knowing that God is with you and for you, all doubt and fear has to leave your life.
Notice that today’s scripture says that the righteous are as bold as a lion. Righteousness is God’s way of doing things. When you do things His way, when you are submitted to His plan for your life, He promises success. It may not always be the way we had in mind, but ultimately, His plan is to prosper you, not to harm you, to give you a hope and a future!
Today, if you’ve been feeling anxious or fearful, begin to declare God’s truth over your life which will set you free! Declare that you are righteous in Christ Jesus! Declare that you are more than a conqueror! Declare that you are as bold as a lion because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world!
I am bold as a lion. Period. Any questions about my status, feel free to address them with the Lion of Judah. Blessings. = )

My favorite movie in the world touching on my favorite topic in the world!!! Although this is a comedic movie, this excerpt is a good example of the difference of living in Love and living in the world. Akeem is just overcome with joy because he’s in love and wants to sing about it, and those in the world are cussing him out and hating on him for it. Don’t let the world’s view, opinions, and negative actions towards love stop you from loving wholly and completely. Love is the change agent for a better, fuller life and the best weapon we have against the evils in this world. Love ya!
“To be loved…ooooh What a feeling to be loved!”

Have the opinions of other people caused you to water down your dreams? There will always be critics and naysayers in life. It’s not what’s said about you that affects your life, but what you say and believe about yourself.
One of the most important things you can learn is that other people don’t have to believe in you in order for your dreams to come to pass. Other people don’t set the limits for your life — you do. In Romans 3:3, the Apostle Paul is saying, “It doesn’t matter if other people don’t believe. Their unbelief is not going to keep me from believing in my dreams.” When God puts a promise in your heart, it’s not up to other people to bring it to pass, it’s up to you! You don’t need everyone to validate you. You have to follow the voice of God for yourself and allow Him to order your steps.
Remember, God sees the hidden treasures that you’ve had buried on the inside of you. He wants to bring those treasures out and make your dreams reality! As you get rid of old, defeated thoughts and replace them with what God says about you, you will remove the limits and live the abundant life God has in store for you!
Indeed you must push through the negativity! God gave you the strength and ability to move mountains, so you know that He gave you the ability and gift to accomplish the dream He gave to you in the first place. Even if the negativity comes from those you love and respect most I.e. close family and friends, keep pushing through God will work on their hearts of understanding in His perfect time.

So many people today run from anything that’s hard. They run from their problems. They run from responsibility. They run from people they don’t like. They run from the past. They run from anything that makes them uncomfortable. Instead of facing the issues and dealing with them, they just take the easy way out and go down the path of least resistance. But if you’re going to live in victory the way God intends, you have to learn how to face your challenges head on.
Notice today’s verse doesn’t say, “Keep running until you see the salvation of the Lord.” It doesn’t say, “Bury your head in the sand until God delivers you.” No, God wants us to stand strong, set our faces like a flint, and fight the good fight of faith. And the good news is that you don’t have to do it in your own strength! He’s equipped you with His supernatural power to overcome every obstacle.
Make the decision today to stand strong and face the challenges in your life. Be bold and dare to conquer! As you stand in faith, you will see the salvation, the deliverance of Almighty God in every area of your life!
Yes! If we as people would realize we’re not facing this challenge alone but we’re in fact watching God face the challenge Himself through us, I think we would have a lot more soldiers for Christ ready for battle.
